I was brought on to revive their digital presence, scale online sales, and prove that even legacy brands can adapt and thrive in the digital era.

When I started at Gatsby, the brand had been Puerto Rico’s go-to fashion destination for almost half a century. But legacy doesn’t pay the bills when your competitors are eating your lunch online.
The core problem? Gatsby’s entire business model was built around massive warehouse-style retail locations with no storefront visibility and a B2B consignment model, with independent sales associates as the lifeblood of the operation. Meanwhile, their digital presence was stuck in 2005.
